We're Here for You

Once a family has submitted an application and been approved, we are here for you every step of the way. We're always available to answer questions, provide resources, and offer complete support in order to make the transition from our farm to the puppy's new home as fun and stress-free as possible.

“Go-home” days are the happiest for us. After all the time and detailed preparation we invest in our pups, knowing they are on their way to join a loving and welcoming family is our greatest joy.

From Day One

Puppies are raised following established protocols for early neurological stimulation and scent introduction days 3-16, and socialization begins early. From three weeks on, we expose our pups to people of all age groups, new experiences, other dogs, and cats. At seven weeks old we perform personality trait tests to help match puppies with specific needs of our applicant families.

Puppies are vet checked and receive their first shots and deworming before going home to their new families. A complimentary 30-day insurance policy and a two-year genetic health guarantee are also provided with each puppy. We do not dock tails.

Life Lessons

All puppies receive regular baths, nail trims (the first one at four days old), brushing and clipper grooming. As they get older, crate conditioning, outdoor potty training, and exposure to positive reinforcement training come into their daily routines.

As they mature, they learn about household noises (such as vacuum cleaners, hair dryers, and blenders), as well as outdoor noise like lawncare equipment, thunder, fireworks and sirens. Playtime occurs indoors and out, and a variety of toys and obstacle challenges are provided to help develop problem-solving skills, confidence, strength, and coordination.
